Biltmore - Fourth of July

We had reservations to attend a Winemakers roast and barbecue at the Inn this afternoon/evening. The menu consisted of BBQ ribs, chicken, Angus burgers, boiled shrimp, steamed oysters, corn on the cob, baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad, red/white/blue cup cakes, strawberry tarts, Georgia Peach Short cake. There was a blue grass band that played through the dinner portion of the event. My mom grabbed some great seats for us around the pool area, which meant we had a front row seat for the fireworks show. We hope each and everyone of you had a wonderful Fourth of July! Happy Birthday USA!
