Biltmore - The Winery

We decided to tour the winery today, as the weather was beautiful outside, which made it a perfect day for the tour. My daughter and I had the opportunity to try our hand or in this case our feet in an authentic grape stomp! It felt weird to say the least, and we had to hold on to the rails to ensure we didn't slip out of the bucket and onto our heads! After the tour, we stopped by The Bistro to eat dinner. Mom was given a tray of dark chocolate truffles in celebration of her upcoming 75th birthday. The food was great, and the service was outstanding! Tomorrow we are heading to the mansion and will tour the gardens and stables.
