What's on your table for dinner?
We have had the pleasure of my nephew's company for the past few weeks and in addition to his sparkling wit, handyman skills he is an AWESOME ( can't stress this enough) cook. He wasn't here (24) hours before he had our new Green Egg fired up and puffing smoke (pecan, cherry, apple etc.) on a regular basis.
