Andy is our expert and he had the old unit disassembled, hauled away, new unit in, all gas regulators upgraded and old unit cleaned in about (12) hours! Down the Drain!
Down the drain...down the toilet, along with any other 'water' puns you can come up with, that would apply to us! We had a new tankless water heater installed upstairs and a thorough dusting and cleaning of our existing tankless, which is downstairs.
