The phone rang and it was my husband. I told the kid to tell him I was painting her nails and I would call him back... so this is how the dialogue went. "Thank you for call Un Sung's Nail Salon. Mrs. "K" angry business owner said she is giving Miss "O" a pedicure and will call you back. If you are satisfied with this response please hang up. If you are not please remain on the line and be hung up on!
There was a chuckle from the other end and then a disconnect. Note: Mrs. "K" angry business owner called him back once the job was complete. Miss "O" was a terrible customer and didn't even leave a tip...cheap!
