O' Christmas Tree

I swear I just don't know where the time has gone, it seems as though we just finished celebrating Halloween and now we are just (11) days away from Christmas. I guess it is due to our hectic schedules. We are now heavily into basketball season and just last week our daughter cheered at (3) basketball games. That was (2) at home games, one on Monday one on Tuesday and an away game in Nashville on Thursday. Add to this homework, guitar, gymnastics practice etc., that doesn't leave a lot of time to do much of anything else.
We have (insert Mom's name here) managed to get a few decorations up and last weekend we erected our daughter's tree. Yes, she has her very own tree a 7.5 ft white tree to be exact. It is decorated with brightly colored teal, hot pink, lime green, yellow ornaments. She has a hand blown VW bug, a pink poodle, blue and pink pop-eyed fish, squirrels, foxes and deer ornaments just to name a few.
We have a few decorations outside, but nothing like those of years past. One reason for this (I) sold most of them in our last two garage sales ( hee hee). Secondly temperatures have been in the teens over the last two weeks, which translates to way to cold to be monking around with outside decorations.
Be that as it may, I have managed to drag the large tree out of the attic for the bonus room and I have great intentions of getting it up and decorated in the next two days. So stay tuned for our pictures, maybe a little pressure will help me stay on task!
