The kids accompanied my husband and nephew on Sunday for a day of fishing in Decatur. It was a beautiful, crisp fall day with plenty of sunshine! Our daughter is 'usually' the first to land a fish in the boat, unfortunately for her, her beau trumped her and brought in the first shell cracker.
Of course she was convinced her Dad had anchored them in an area with no fish ( yep, you read right), but was very pleased when she reeled on in. She is a girly girl, but she does love to fish especially when they are biting!
