No Rest for the Chef!

For Labor Day B decided to try his hand at smoking a Boston Butt for dinner.  He has smoked meats before but never in his brand new Green Egg.  Yesterday we ran to Lowes and picked up a bag of Apple Wood chips.  The neat thing about the Green Egg is it does not require any water in the smoking process.  You just throw some wood chips over into the natural lump charcoal and call it a day.

It is times like these, that I wish you could upload scents to the blog, because this thing smells scrumptious!  We only have about 2 more hours before we can get our grub on!  I will let you know how it taste.
