Glamorous

It just dawned on me that I did not post any pictures of our daugther from her homecoming dance. This year the girls decided to go with each other instead of having a "date", after all according to our daughter "it is our 8th grade homecoming Mom....we don't need guys!" OMG! I hope she will remember saying this and sport that same attitude (3) years from now!

It was a busy Saturday as she had to cheer at a early football game under a blazing sun. It didn't dawn on any of the cheerleaders (or their mothers for that matter) to apply any sun protection factor. You know what this resulted in don't you??? A nice red tank-top like burn...great just what they all needed on homecoming weekend!

Photo of "O" and Mack a fellow cheerleader. I was scheduled to assist with chaperoning this event. When I dropped her off I ran into several of the cheerleaders and I couldn't help but comment on how they all looked basically the same (red tank top outline)...I said "good to know you all shop at the same stores!"

The dance was a big hit and evidently they dance so hard and the music was so loud the DJ managed to blow out his speakers with (15) minutes remaining until the end of the dance!
