Our daughter as been bugging me to let her cut her hair to have "side bangs", so as part of her birthday present I took her to Prodigy and agreed to side bangs. She was ecstatic and I must admit they do look good.
As you know she is prone to keeping one side of her face (right) covered with her hair, so the deal we struck went like this. She could have side bangs as long as she did not use them to completely cover her right eye. I told her I didn't want anyone to think I had a cyclops for a daughter. If she did use them as covert covering, I stated I would take her back and have the side bangs cut into "pixie" bangs. Needless to say, we have had no issues!
