What is Your Real Age?

I am a huge fan of Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen and have purchased every one of their "YOU" books. From time to time the Discovery Health Channel has aired medical specials with Dr. Oz, which were guaranteed to scare you straight into improving your overall health.
A few weeks ago, I posted a link to LIVESTRONG.COM, where I use the daily plate food journal to log my caloric intake, as well as my exercise. I thought now would be a great time to introduce you to http://www.realage.com/.
If you have never visited this site, it is worth a 20 minute trip to review all the neat tools and read some of the great tips and articles. In addition, I would strongly encourage you to take the realage test, which is offered online, is free, and does not require you to provide your confidential information such as name...rank...and serial number!
I took my first test about a year ago, and updated my test ( again free of charge) yesterday. I was astounded at the results, as I have managed to shave (6.1) years off my real age. Once you have completed the test, they will receive a customized plan inclusive of your test score results to an e-mail address of your choice. This plan highlights all that you are doing right and provides medical suggestions on areas where you could use a little improvement...it is fabulous!
In addition, I logged into their weight tracker tool, walking tracker tool and a few others. I have included a snapshot of the walking tracker for you to see. It is really easy, first you set a daily goal and then you log your time walked, it is that simple.
As a society we are all looking for that eternal "Fountain of Youth".You are not required to drink any specially imported water from these group of men or purchase any type of youth serum from this site. Simply put it provides you with realistic insight to your daily eating and fitness habits/routines, and gives you an overall view of your general health. Then it goes one step further by providing you with medically sound suggestions on how you can improve your overall fitness and health and best of all.....IT IS FREE!
So the next time I am walking around the river, neighborhood, hiking trail etc. don't be surprised if you see me smiling, after all, I am becoming more youthful with every step!
